Here below are listed the tasks foreseen within the activity:
Task 1: Set up and run Helpdesk and User support facility
DGs Helpdesk and User Support instruments will be established and operated on the basis of the EIP deliverable: Helpdesk and User Support concept and will be available for help and guidance from 2015 on. The instruments provided may be adapted if required by the user community during EIP+.
Task 2: Monitor ITS DGs application
Monitoring and collection of further best practice (both technical and organizational) on the application of the DGs in national projects. EIP+ will analyze and discuss the provided documents, report on this to EIP+ PS (Member States) and on the EW Website - sub-site Deployment Guidelines and will publish a second release by further extending Part B of the EasyWay Deployment Guidelines by adding additional best practice regarding Part A requirements. Additional Fact sheets will be produced in order to share knowledge gained from best practice and will be made available via the EW website.
Task 3: Validation of EIP ITS DGs recommendations
The EIP recommendations for maintenance and further enhancement of the DGs will be validated in 2015 and further extended to EIP+ recommendations.
Task 4: Disseminate DGs and best practice
Dissemination of all DG related documents, reports and fact sheets. A2 makes information easily available to the EIP, EIP+, EasyWay Network and to other ITS Stakeholders via a new, dedicated EIP+ part of the EasyWay website.
